Required documentation
- Completed financing application
- Supplier’s offer (pro forma invoice)
- Consents for credit bureau report extraction
- Copy of registration extract from the relevant authority’s register, not older than 3 months from the date of issuance (for entrepreneurs not registered with the Business Registers Agency)
- Copy of the OP form
- Copy of the depository signature card
- Identification document
- Certificate from the Tax Administration on all obligations settled, not older than 30 days
- Entrepreneurs who keep simple or double-entry bookkeeping
- VAT records
- Copy of the income statement for the last two years (if not available on the Business Registers Agency portal)
- Copy of the balance sheet for the last two years (if not available on the Business Registers Agency portal)
- Gross balance as of the last day of the month preceding the application submission
- Analytical cards of receivables from customers and liabilities to suppliers
- Entrepreneurs subject to lump-sum taxation
- Account turnover confirmation by calendar year for the previous 2 years and the current year
- Tax Administration decision on determining income tax for the primary activity for the previous 2 years and the current year
