Required documentation

  • Completed financing application
  • Supplier’s offer (pro forma invoice)
  • Consents for credit bureau report extraction
  • Copy of registration extract from the relevant authority’s register, not older than 3 months from the date of issuance (for entrepreneurs not registered with the Business Registers Agency)
  • Copy of the OP form
  • Copy of the depository signature card
  • Identification document
  • Certificate from the Tax Administration on all obligations settled, not older than 30 days
  • Entrepreneurs who keep simple or double-entry bookkeeping
  • VAT records
  • Copy of the income statement for the last two years (if not available on the Business Registers Agency portal)
  • Copy of the balance sheet for the last two years (if not available on the Business Registers Agency portal)
  • Gross balance as of the last day of the month preceding the application submission
  • Analytical cards of receivables from customers and liabilities to suppliers
  • Entrepreneurs subject to lump-sum taxation
  • Account turnover confirmation by calendar year for the previous 2 years and the current year
  • Tax Administration decision on determining income tax for the primary activity for the previous 2 years and the current year
